Shreyaa Health Analyst is a private Telegram bot and WHOOP data helper created for personal use by Shreyaa Arakheja. It is intended to help review personal WHOOP wellness trends and is not a medical device or a substitute for professional medical advice.

Information the app accesses

If you authorize the app through WHOOP OAuth, the app may read WHOOP account and wearable data allowed by the scopes you approve, including profile, recovery, cycles, sleep, workout, and body measurement data. The app also uses a refresh token if you approve offline access so it can continue fetching updated data without requiring you to sign in every time.

How the information is used

The data is used only to generate private daily and weekly summaries, status checks, and trend notes in the connected Telegram chat. The app does not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Where data is stored

OAuth tokens, fetched WHOOP data, and generated reports are stored on a private server controlled by Shreyaa Arakheja. Telegram messages are processed by Telegram according to Telegram's own policies. WHOOP account authorization and API access are handled by WHOOP according to WHOOP's own policies.

Sharing

The app does not intentionally share WHOOP data with third parties except the service providers needed to operate the app, such as WHOOP for data access, Telegram for chat delivery, and the private server host for storage and execution.

Data deletion and revocation

You can revoke the app's access from your WHOOP account or request deletion of stored app data at any time by contacting the email below. Revoking access prevents the app from fetching new WHOOP data.
